~ exercising helps power your brain, keep your metabolism going, and makes you feel happy

~ do something with your hands instead of binging.

~ stay positive. stress makes you gain.

~ mostly eat fruits and veggies. after the detox period you'll feel energetic again.

~ fuck the rest of them, you're going to college now.

~ take vitamins every day, even if you don't want to.

~ take care of the little things so it doesn't build up.

~ always [try to] do your chores before you leave in the morning.

~ stay sharp.

~ the most beautiful women are the confident.

Countdown

I'm going to a dance in like a week and a half. My hair is nice and long, my gauges are a size 6, my eyes are pretty, but I'm still fat. That will change.

Intake today was:

2 veggie sausages 
1 egg
2/3 slice of toast
2 pieces of gum 

total: 335 

Must drink more water, must restrict more.

I need to get back on track. I did a thing for a while that limited sugar intake to <15g a day, which is harder than you think when you're eating normally, but that really opened my eyes. My tummy has gotten much smaller thanks to that tip, and I can start to feel my hip bones while walking again. I'll make this week good. Wish me luck - I'll need it because my parents are probably going food shopping this weekend.

How giddy it makes me feel seeing the numbers on the scale climb down.
to all my friends on xanga, Thank You so much for staying strong, being who you are--honest, no matter if you screwed up or had to start over, went into rehab or binged/purged when you were trying not to. You are inspiring.
We will all reach our goals someday, no matter how you look at it, you're better than you were yesterday and not quite as good as you will be tomorrow.
