| I'm going to a dance in like a week and a half. My hair is nice and long, my gauges are a size 6, my eyes are pretty, but I'm still fat. That will change.

Must drink more water, must restrict more.

I need to get back on track. I did a thing for a while that limited sugar intake to <15g a day, which is harder than you think when you're eating normally, but that really opened my eyes. My tummy has gotten much smaller thanks to that tip, and I can start to feel my hip bones while walking again. I'll make this week good. Wish me luck - I'll need it because my parents are probably going food shopping this weekend.
